As a subject matter expert in the process of ordering pharmaceutical prescriptions, I took the lead at Optum Specialty Pharmacy in designing an online portal. Through user testing, verbatims, and industry best practices, our team created a portal that was ranked as the top performer in digital channels by J.D. Powers in both 2022 and 2023, a testament to the effectiveness of our collaborative efforts.
